Below is a detailed schedule of experiences for the current week here in Music City! We're excited to make the most of your stay with you!
*All experiences + food trucks are subject to cancel, reschedule, or change locations.
*Guests of all ages are welcome to every activity unless otherwise specified in the description
* Activities with no participation within the first 15 minutes are subject to cancel*

SATURDAY, 10.04

Bingo  @ 11am-12pm

Test your luck at bingo and win prizes! Located in the activities room in the amenities center. 

Name that Tune @ 12:30-1pm

Listen to the first 30 seconds of a song and see if you can name the artist. Bonus points if you can name the song AND the artist! Located in the activities room in the Amenities Center. 

Rock Painting @ 1pm-2pm

Tap into your creative side and make art on rocks! Supplies provided. Located in the activities room in the amenities center. â€‹

SUNDAY, 10.05

 

A Couple Coffees Coffee Truck @ 8am-11am

Enjoy a variety of coffee drinks and a waffle stick! Located outside of the Amenities Center. 

NFL Game Day @ 12pm-5pm

Catch all your favorite teams! Located in the activities room in the amenities center. 

Friendship Bracelet Making @ 1pm-2pm

Create your own vacation keepsake bracelet! Supplies provided. Located in the activities room in the Amenities Center. 

Rock Painting @ 2pm-3pm

Design your own rock to take home from vacation. Supplies provided. Located in the activities room in the Amenities Center. 

  • Welcome Party Ft. Live music by Vinny B. @ 6pm-7pm​

    • Meet other owners and guests and learn about our resort such as the shuttle schedule, concierge, and our activities schedule. Free snacks and drinks will be available.  Then enjoy a performance by Vinny B! Located in the activities room in the Amenities Center. â€‹

MONDAY, 10.06

  • Music Bingo @ 11am - 12pm
    • Test your luck at Music bingo and win some prizes! Located in the activities room in the amenities center. â€‹ â€‹
  • Music Charades @ 12pm-12:30pm​
    • Act out songs while others guess which one it is. Located in the activities room in the Amenities Center​
  • Trivia @ 12:30-1pm​
    • Put your general knowledge to the test using Kahoot! Cell phones required to play. Located in the activities room in the Amenities Center. ​
  • Name That Tune @ 1pm-2pm
    • See if you can name a tune within the first 30 seconds! Team up or fly solo to compete for prizes. Located in the activities room in the amenities center.  â€‹
  • Karaoke @ 5pm-6pm
    • Sing your heart out or people watch for karaoke hour! Located in the activities room in the Amenties Center. ​

TUESDAY, 10.07

 

Minute to Win it Games: Fall Theme @ 11am-12pm

Have fun with our fall themed games for friends and families to play. Located in the activities room in the Amenities Center.

Bingo @ 12pm-1pm

Test your luck at bingo and win prizes. All ages welcome to play. Located in the activities room in the Amenities Center. 

Tie Dye Tote Bags @ 1:30pm-2pm

Design and dye your own tote bag to take home. Supplies provided. Located in the activities room in the Amenties Center. 

Fall Bracelet Making @ 2pm-3pm

Design your fall themed bracelet to take home. Supplies provided. Located in the activities room in the Amenties Center. 

Live Music by Nanseera @ 5pm-7pm

Enjoy live music by the pool! Located at Pool 2 outside of the Amenities Center.

  • Pancake Party @ 9:30am-10:30am

    • Join us for a free pancake breakfast served with your favorite toppings and fruits. Located in the activities room in the Amenities Center. ​

  • Music Bingo @ 11am-12pm​

    • Mark song titles on your bingo card and win prizes!  Located in the activities room in the amenities center. ​

  • Trivia @ 12pm-12:30pm​​​​

    • Put your general knowledge to the test using Kahoot! Cell phones required to play. Located in the activities room in the Amenities Center. ​

  • Leaf Wreath Craft @ 1pm-2pm​

    • Craft your own leaf wreath to celebrate the fall season! Located in the activites room in the Amenities Center. ​

  • Live Music w/ Vinny B @ 4pm - 6pm 

    • Catch a live performance right here at Club Wyndham! Located at the firepits. 

  • Glazed Rings of Fire @ 5pm - 6pm

    • The weekly tradition is back! Come on down to the fire pits and roast some donuts along with some live music! â€‹

THURSDAY, 10.09

Retro Grinds Coffee Truck @ 8am-11am

Enjoy a delicious latte or coffee from the coffee truck. Located outside of the Amenities Center. 

​Cussin' & Cookin' Food Truck @ 9am-3pm

    • A food truck that serves various breakfast and lunch items. Located outside next to the amenities center.\​

  • Bingo @ 11am-12pm

    • Test your luck and win prizes! Located in the Activities Room in the Amenities Center. ​

  • Murder Mystery Game @ 12pm​

    • Take a step in the Wild West and play a game of whodunnit. Bonus points for your best Wild West accent. Minimum of 4 people required to play. Located in the activities room in the Amenities Center. ​

  • Music Charades @ 1:30pm-2pm​

    • Act out a song while others try to guess! Located in the activities room in the Amenities Center. ​​

  • ​Live Music w/ Amy Westney @ 3pm-5pm​

    • Enjoy live music by the poolside! Located at Pool 2 outside of the amenities center. ​

  • Line Dance Lessons @ 4pm-5pm

    • Come as you are and learn to line dance with Savannah! All ages and skill sets welcome to participate. Located in the Activities Room in the Amenities Center. ​

FRIDAY, 10.10

    • Enjoy fresh coffee, tea, lemonade, or smoothies. Located in the parking lot outside of the amenities center. ​

  • Cussin' & Cookin'​ Breakfast & Burgers

    • Get down on some home made food with love. Located in the parking lot outside of the amenities center.​​

  • Live Music by Mia + Zeke​

    • Enjoy a live performance at the poolside. Located at Pool 2 outside of the Amenties Center.​

  • Trivia @ 5:15pm-5:45pm​

    • Put your general knowledge to the test using Kahoot! Cell phones required to play. Located in the activities room in the Amenities Center. ​
